How do I get my money back if I paid by accident?

If you didn’t mean to make a payment, please let us know within 3 business days by sending a message to support-build@missionlane.com from the email used to create your account.

For a number of reasons, we aren’t always able to reverse a payment; however, in certain circumstances when we’re able to reverse the payment, we’ll reverse the full payment amount after it’s been processed. Once reversed, it can take five to ten business days to be reflected in your account, depending on your institution's procedures.
