Check my balance

What’s my loan balance?

To check your loan balance:

1. Sign into your account online.
2. Choose a loan in the Active Accounts section.
3. Click or tap Loan options near the top of the loan details page.
4. Click or tap Make payment.
5. In the Amount section, you’ll see your Remaining balance.
